Interest Rates Stay Low
Look at this weeks rates we see from the Freddie Mac's weekly survey rates are only one basis point higher. The average 30 year mortgage fixed rate was 3.32 while the week prior it was 3.31. It was similar with the 15 year mortgage fixed rate was 2.64 while the week prior was 2.63.
Some are reporting this as an increase. Technically it is but not significant. It is just the normal fluctuation of the market. It is still a great time to sell a home.
