The community represents 55 and over.

Neal, As you know I grew up in South Florida. Century Village has been around for awhile and these are great adult communities. The value is amazing for them.

Very affordable.

Neal, I am in that 55 and over age group now, and this looks good to me.

Now is the market would come back to normal, I might be able to afford one of those places :)

I have an apartment that needs to be sold or rented in Century Village, my mom passed away and we need to sell it or rent it. It is the largest 1 bedroom they made...are condos selling right now??

I am interested in a 2 BR rental for the month of February in a Century Village in Florida. I know that usually a 2-3 month stay is required but I am hoping that something might be worked out at a price that we can afford...thanks
