Beautiful Austin Drive in Fairless Hills...
I don't know why this street calls to me, but it does. It's long, wide and just beautiful. The homes are a mix of cute ranchers, expanded ranchers, eclectic 2 stories and stately colonials.
It's quiet, clean and it's just a pleasure to drive it from one end to the other. It starts from North Oxford Valley Road, winds about, then crosses over Olds Blvd and wraps up after another block.
The street is quiet. Many homes on the left side of the street have no neighbors on the back, most homes have great space on front yards. And the location is perfect. Minutes away from Oxford Valley Mall, Sesame Place, Routes 1 and 95, 20 minutes to NE Phila, 10 minutes to NJ.
Usually homes on and around Austin Drive sell well. Here is one example of the home currently for sale on Austin Drive, Fairless Hills. So if you are looking at a great location, good school district (Pennsbury School District) and affordable homes, this is definitely a good place to consider.
