Market value range for active residential listings fall between $29,900 – $849,900.

Freedom’s Vacant Land listing data reflects a decrease in market inventory by eight units or 30% when compared to last year’s 3rd quarter. There are twenty-two vacant land parcels available for purchase in Freedom. 3rd quarter sales volume reports five parcels that resulted in a successful sale, up 25% over last year. Pending sales are equal with 2011’s 3rd quarter. Market value range for active vacant land listings fall between $26,500. – $425,000.
