Bank owned Sales 2012 - 7 which was 15% of all sales.
Bank owned Sales 2011 - 30 which was 43% of all sales
Short Sales 2012 - 20 which was 43% of all sales.
Short Sales 2011 - 20 which was 28 % of all sales.
Overall, distressed sales (Bank owned and short sales) made up 58% of all sales. In October 2011 distressed sales made up 71% of all sales.
