I would like to share you December 2007 sales data for San Mateo County (courtesy of Ann Palermo from Old Republic Title). While the volume of sold houses is only 50% of the volume year ago, you might be surprised to find out that in most of the San Mateo County sale prices in December 2007 were higher or even much higher than in December 2006 (Belmont, San Carlos, Burlingame, Millbrae, Menlo Park and Redwood City).
