CanEquity Mortgage is offering 3.04% APR on a 5 year fixed closed mortgage.

The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) was down 6.16 points closing at 12,151.13.

Canadian/US Dollar Exchange Rate rose 6 points to close at 1.0090 USD.
