You may already be aware of this scam, but it never hurts to spread the word around! 

There is a mailing being sent out by fastdeeds.com trying to sell you a certified deed to your home to keep with your other important documents.  They will be happy to sell you a copy for about $90.00. 

Yes, it's a good idea to have a copy, but you can get one from Pima County Re

cords for $1.00 per page, or you can call your escrow officer - many will give you a copy for free.
