Ozona Florida's Meet Up took place today, December 6, 2012, which is fitting since today is St Nikolaus Day!
In Germany, St Nikolaus brings the children a gift today so it was fitting that before I headed over to see my granddaughter, we had our Holiday Meet Up! What a perfect day for the event!
The sky was blue, temperatures were in the 80's and we met at Ohana Cafe in beautiful Ozona Florida!
Petra Norris came all the way from Lakeland and Kwee Huset came up from Venice with her husband. Naturally, Toni and Craig Weidman were there as usual and Katrina Madwell made it 0nce again.
Silvia Dukes had a closing that changed times and Jeanne Gavish was held up. We missed you both today! Fred Herndon also had to send an email yesterday that he would not be able to make it and Kelly Dixon was home sick. There were a few others who said they would be there that I have not heard from, unfortunately.
The staff at Ohana was wonderful as always. Both Chelsea and Shannon took photos for all of us with multiple cameras and Teresa, the owner of Ohana Cafe, got into one group photo before we left!
Thanks to everybody for showing up! It was wonderful to see you all and I sincerely hope that all who could not make it will be at our next Meet Up!!!! Aloha and Happy Holidays!
