Photos Then and Now- Encinitas CA Real Estate
Way back in 1984 when I stated in the real estate buisiness in Encinitas CA with Coldwell Banker, we wore suits everyday with white shirts and colorful ties. Today in my little neck of the woods along the coast the suit might put me or any professional working with the local people out of place. Of course, if I'm meeting with a client that wears a suit, I'm going to wear a suit but if the client is in shorts, flip flops and laid back T shirt or golf shirt, not going to adorn the suit.

I will have to update my photo for 2013 because the memo pads, business cards are almost gone, in with the new. Still goofy looking. I think one of the reason's I havn't updated my photo is because of my weight. I had suffered the last 4 years with bad hips but had both replaced this summer 7/4/2012 and 9/11/2012. Just being able to get up a walk the dog or take the trash out has been a blessing for me this year. The only draw back, business is slower than it should be because the lack of working as hard with the prospecting (farming), calling and follow up because of the immobility. I'm happy though, the pain in my face from the last few years is gone. Working everyday without pain, it's fun again, walked the farm but to be able to do the basics again...well I'm a happy guy.
