Hope you have a great turnout in your open houses, Mitchell.
Three great listings in such wonderful areas of Manhattan...............love that City!
Thnak you, Gabe.
Roger, Thanks. I have listing in the East Village too. Fortunately the owner doesn't want open houses during the holidays. I don't know how some agents can work Brooklyn and Manhattan. Way up in Harlem to all the way down in the lower East Side/ East Village is more than enough for me,-)
It's a large territory to cover Mitchell. I remember when I was doing rentals in Manhattan, it seemed like I spent most of my day in a cab or on the subway getting from one end of town to the other.
Roger, I know. Notice each open house is only for 1 hour and I give myself a half hour to get to the next one. If a buyere shows up late or hangs around asking questions it throws my whole day off.
Those prices are a "steal" to live in one of the greatest cities in America! Hope they're all a success Mitchell and that your potential buyers come early so you meet your time frames...
Thank you Peggy. All 3 open houses were very successful...
