Middletown, like many of the Connecticut's smaller cities has gone through many transitions. Values have begun moving upward and hopefully will continue. If Washington can get it's financial house in order, it will only help.

Joe, I have lived in Middletown since 1981, and there have been a lot of changes during that time, the biggest them being our downtown.  It went from being a place that know one really want to go to, to where you have a very hard time finding a parking space these days.  And yes it would be nice if Washington got their HOUSE in order.
