Welcome to the beautiful Canyon Lakes neighborhood in San Ramon California.

Nestled just West of the Bridges neighborhood and a little further from the Windemere neighborhood, the Canyon Lakes neighborhood is a master planned community just off Crow Canyon road. Constructed over several phases from 1986 to 1990, the Canyon Lakes is comprised of about 1800 homes in five distinct neighborhoods. Layouts range from 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2000 to 3000 ft.² with the majority offering three car garages. This community also features pools, cabanas, common area buildings and much more. All homes fall under the Canyon Lakes Homeowners Association. Many of these homes offer stunning panoramic views of the Canyon Lakes golf club and the Valley surrounding.

The Canyon Lakes school area is served by Golden View Elementary, iron Horse Middle Cchool and California High School, all San Ramon Valley School District top rated schools. The Canyon Lakes golf course is one of the primary landmarks within this community. It’s an 18-hole championship golf course offering stunning views of the surrounding Mount Diablo and San Ramon Valley areas. It’s open to the public and offers weekend and winter specials.
