CanEquity Mortgage is offering 3.04% APR on a 5 year fixed closed mortgage.

The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) was up 70.88 points closing at 12,230.47.

Canadian/US Dollar Exchange Rate rose 41 points to close at 1.0132 USD.
