The Real Estate Market in Kathleen Georgia 31047 slowed down in November after a summer of strong sales. Despite the downturn, buyers are still purchasing properties and with 133 Kathleen homes for sale, they currently have the upper hand in this buyers market.

All down from the 12-month averages, in November, the average sales price was nearly $167K, the sales price to list price ratio was 95.52% (97.96 over the last year), and the average days-on-market for those sold homes (124 days) was up 32% from the 12-month average (85 days).
