Broker's Open House during the Holiday Season - is it worth it?

I am a big fan of well prepared Broker's Open Houses. Think, it's one of the most powerful selling tools we utilize in order to sell our clients' properties sooner and for  a Top dollar.

Here is the dilemma. I have just received this new listing in Cleveland Heights - charming, totally renovated home with all today's updates and a character of old good world. It's a beautiful home, consistently updated and decorated, very solid and  reliable.

It shows like a model! True!  The pictures will follow in the next posts, I promise. I am very excited and enthusiastic about this home and I feel that new owners will be lucky and definitely happy in this home.

As usually for the well prepared home, Broker's tour is a big part of my marketing plan. The question is about timing. It is scheduled for next Tuesday, December 18. I feel that it may turn into a nice Holiday party for my fellow Real Estate agents, and it may trigger a quick sale to the really interested buyers.

What do you think about timing?

Is the Holiday season appropriate time for Broker's Open Houses?

Happy Holidays!

Yes I think so. Again it depends on the agents and buyers.
