Hello passengers of the Buyers Brilliance Cruise Ship, this is your Captain speaking again and I want to mention to you all as you are de-boarding the ship, to please step carefully and have a safe drive to the Fort Lauderdale Airport where you will board the flight of “Ultimately Utah”. Now that you have taken your first step with a cruise to learn about what a buyer’s market is, your next step will be to take a flight on “Ultimately Utah” where you are going to learn more about the State of Utah, it’s everlasting beauty and what various cities within Utah have to offer to YOU the buyer. The decision making process can sometimes be difficult however I’m certain as you make your travels to Utah your questions will be answered as to what the Utah real estate market holds for you in your Utah Relocations, Military Transfers to Utah’s Hill AFB, First Time Home Buyers in Utah and Utah Home Buyers who are purchasing their 2nd+ home. The goal is to make that transition a smooth process and as was mentioned at the cruise ship, “Don’t Miss the Boat” and you definitely don’t want to miss your flight which leaves shortly.

Now boarding Ultimately Utah flight 102 from Fort Lauderdale to Salt Lake City :::Our Lovely Flight Attendant::: "Ladies and gentlemen, the Captain has turned on the Fasten Seat Belt sign. If you haven't already done so, please stow your carry-on luggage underneath the seat in front of you or in an overhead bin. Blah, blah, blah”.

Attention Buyers, this is your Captain speaking :::puzzled faces by the voice on the other end::: Oh and if you are wondering, yes I am the same Captain of Buyers Brilliance. I’m so excited to educate you more about the Utah buyers real estate market that I asked if I could fill in. Did I hear somebody gasp with concern that I may not be trained to fly this plane? Oh yes my friends, please be rest assured that I have been trained to fly this plane and your flight will be one without turbulence. OK, we are just approaching 10,000 feet so please sit back in comfort, take a view of the map where you will see that it is approximately 2500 miles from Fort Lauderdale to Salt Lake City, plug in your headphones and enjoy the video of Utah’s beauty.

:::Captain:::“Flight attendants, prepare for landing please. Cabin crew, please take your seats for landing."

:::flight attendant::: "Ladies and gentlemen, we have just been cleared to land at the Salt Lake International Airport. Please make sure one last time your seat belt is securely fastened."

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Salt Lake International Airport. Local time is 1400. For your safety and comfort, we ask that you please remain seated with your seat belt fastened until the Captain turns of the Fasten Seat Belt sign.”

:::Captain::: Hello passengers aboard Ultimately Utah flight 102 on behalf of Ultimately Utah Airlines and the entire crew, I would like to Thank YOU for joining us on this trip. As you are departing the cabin the in flight crew will be handing you packets filled with an itinerary that you will need in order to complete your destination to Utah. These packets will be filled with information regarding Utah Relocations, Military Transfers to Utah’s Hill AFB, First Time Home Buyers in Utah and Utah Home Buyers who are purchasing their 2nd+ home. As you are exiting the flight please watch for the Utah representative to escort you to your first stop in Utah. I hope you all have a fantastic day and many wonderful wishes for you in your Utah home buying decisions.

Great visual with the map and the private jet Julie. Can I outsource my blogs to YOU (LOL)??

I like the focus that Utah commands a strong second home presence with its outdoor venues like skiing and nature. You hammer home the points so very well (as usual). How'd you get so good at this?? :)

Were you a promotions director prior to real estate in the travel industry??

Ginger: Thank you so much! I really appreciate your positive feedback and I hope it draws in buyers for Utah.

Gary: You're killing me. You do a fabulous job on your blogs so you wouldn't ever need my help. :) Promotions director in the travel industry? I was a walking talking promotions director for jetBlue Airways.  Not really. I worked at jetBlue as a reservations agent and loved it, the people and the company.  Thank YOU for all your wonderful comments.

Linda: You know how to make a persons day my friend. I so thank you for such an incredible comment. I will be here for you anytime you need me. Have a fantastic week!

Katerina: Thank you for such a wonderful compliment my friend. You more than outdo yourself with every blog you write. I love Utah and it's so simple to write about something you are passionate about. Have a fabulous week!

Grace: I'm so glad you enjoyed this post. Your comment is so appreciated and I hope your week is filled with wonderful things.

Julie, very clever relocation presentation! The photos of Utah are spectacular, and I love, love, love Utah anyway. It is a spectacularly beautiful state with wonderful things to see. I have lots of family there, my dad is buried in Payson, and I only go there in the summertime. ;-)

Howdy Julie

This is a grand of a presentation you have gave for folks thinking of moving to Utah or that have lived there all of their life. You gave so much feeling and life to your post. You should let your local Chamber of Commerce see this.

Have a good one

Julie - Very creative stuff.  Keep up the good work.  Gas for my Lear Jet is pretty expensive these days, or I would fly around the country to party with my AR friends.

Carole: You would be welcomed here with open arms.  Anytime you want a tour of Utah, call on me and I'll be there to show you the way. There are some amazing National Parks down south (Southern Utah) that are so breathtaking. Thank YOU for your comment.

Alecia: Thank YOU my friend!  If you ever decide to come out here, please let me know.  I was so looking forward to meeting you at the airport to give you a great big hug. Darn it! Can you find some more buyers for Utah? God bless!

Nick: Thank YOU so much!  I'm certainly glad that it kept your interest to read all the way through. Enjoy your night!

Teri: You have family here? Are they in Payson? When you make it out next time, give me a call and we'll meet for lunch.  It would be great to meet you.  Thank YOU for your kind comment!

Dale: That is a fantastic idea.  Thank YOU!  I have been semi involved in the West Jordan Chamber of Commerce and would love to pass this on to them.  Enjoy your night!

Cindy: Thank YOU!  I'll have you a seat saved.  Have a great night!

Joan: You are so darling. Actually, I used to work for jetBlue Airways and loved it. However, I was a reservation agent. Enjoy your night!

Jason: Wouldn't that be nice? We're heading to Disneyland and Vegas in May and I'm already lining up the people I want to meet while I'm out there. Having a Lear Jet would make it that much easier. Thank YOU for your comment my friend.
