I have never heard of or talked to anyone that has benefited from purchasing leads. How qualified or the ones provided by this program?

Elite Home Sales, I agree, 100 is the minimum you want to buy, if you buy 200 or 300 you're virtually guaranteed to make a sale, probably several, and there's always the chance of landing the big one.

Doug, I set you up with an IDX website and then I advertise your site on the first page of Google to people who are searching for real estate in your area. People click on the ads that I display and they land on a page of listings on your IDX website that match the property type and location they were searching for. If they want to view more than one property the IDX site makes them register with their name and email address which is when they become a lead.

After they register the IDX website will send automated daily emails to the leads which bring them back to your site on a regular basis and you can see what properties they are viewing, saving and forwarding to friends. If you put some effort into sending personalized emails to the returning leads offering them help and advice about the properties and neighborhoods they are looking at you'll make some good connections and will convert more than 1% of them into buyers.

So you're not really just buying leads, you're not buying a list of people, what you're doing is setting up a system that puts you out there on the interweb and which allows you to interact with potential buyers while they are still in the home search process, producing clients that you would otherwise never have come into contact with.
