Fuoco Pizzeria Napoletana is a brand new authentic Italian pizza joint in Downtown Fullerton. Franco is the owner of the Fuoco Pizzeria and has done a fine job of making it as authentic as possible by importing a wood oven, as well as many ingredients from Naples, Italy. Along with the wood oven and ingredients, the main pizza chef Amedeo was also imported from Italy.
I went with a couple friends on opening day to check the place out and have a bite to eat. We all loved the pizza and most of us gave the place a 4 out of 5 star rating. My sausage pizza was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend if you're going to get a pizza and don't want the same old Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc. treat yourself to Fuocos Pizzeria Napoletana
