During the rainy season it is especially important to keep your rain gutters free from leaves and debris. It a chore we often forget about until we have a problem. Too often I receive calls from past clients complaining of streams of water flowing off of their roof of worse yet bubbles forming  in their ceiling or at the tops of their walls from water intrusion due to rain water not being able to escape blocked up rain gutters. I know there are also screens available to place over your gutters so the pesky leaves won't build up in the  first place. If you do not have rain gutters it's a great investment in your home and is a plus if you are considering selling in the future.
