12 REASONS TO ACTIVELY BLOG!

So here we are on 12/12/12. How cool is that? My title "12 Reasons to Actively Blog" was inspired by the date of course but so much more.

Writing posts is one thing but here on Active Rain, we "actively blog". We interact with one another, care for one another and learn from one another. There is so much more to it all.

So here are my 12 Reasons to Actively Blog:

LOTS OF NEW FRIENDS!
An enormous amount of cool information.
Increased Google juice!
Localism blogs boost your image as a community "go-to" person.
Showing off a new listing.
Discussing market strategies.
Knowing what is going on around the country in real estate.
OK - AR points are a good thing I admit!
The AR staff - great folks to get to know!
Contests that keep you challenged.
REFERRALS!!!!!
Blogging is fun and for me it is therapeutic!

I know there are a ton more, but these are my TOP 12! What are yours? Enjoy the day today on 12/12/12!
