Newcastle a neighborhood located off Alcosta Blvd. in San Ramon consists of approximately 400 homes. There are the smaller patio homes and the larger homes referred to as executive style homes.
For the month of November Newcastle Home Activity had no new listings and no sales. There are currently 4 pending sales, 3 of which are patio homes ranging in price $349,000 to $528,000 and 1 executive home priced at $719,000

As can be noted the executive homes are moving in the right direction with an average of 2% gain over 2011. The patio homes are in an upward trend only 4% off the 2011 numbers and we should see better gains during 2013.
