I run across this all the time on older homes in Colorado. The house was built in the late 1800's and like most that age ,have been added on to and remodeled many times. This home has a huge tree nearby with roots causing movement and settling from expansive soils.Maybe put the smaller rock closer to the top..lolStacked support
