One of the ways to be successful at knowing what we need is to begin with market research.  Focus groups were used to descover what home buyers want as they searched for homes on the market.  From this information, systems were set into place in Carpenter Realtors Marketing Programs that would address these needs.

One of the biggest needs found was getting detailed information on the home immediately, whether this was from sitting infront of the home or from searching on the internet.  Our company addressed this issue by placing take-one-boxes in front of the homes as well as providing several internet avenues of exposure.  Our flyers and websites normally include multiply color photos and detailed information.
