Yes it does work, gets on search engines very quick. Notice the keywords in the title. Type lincolnton homes for sale in Google and see. Was on first page. Other agents in my office have been watching it and now have picked up on my idea and doing the same. At least other agents outside the office are not on the first page, just our office.
