Being a good neighbor
Hurricane Sandy caused many trees and tree limbs to come crashing down. I'll bet most home owners didn't know that those trees were candidates for destruction. I had a limb come down on my back fence, causing minor damage to my neighbors swing set. I offered to pay for the repair, although my insurance company said that I was not obligated, not my responsibility. I did not agree. However being a good neighbor himself, my neighbor refused any payment.
