Sometimes it's not the third time, but the second time that's the charm! We marketed this home last year and into early this year, but weren't able to match the right buyer with this lovely home.

After the sellers took a break from the market they came back on the market with us with an aggressive price to get the job done! And in 37 days 404 Silverwood Farms Drive in Lebanon now has an accepted contract!

Now on to inspections and a closing in mid-January!

Dorie, It is a good deal at the price with the finished basement that comes with this home.

Laura, It's a balanced home with a different floor plan than most. I like how the garage is like a separate wing.

Tammie, When they came back on the market they wanted to make sure this time it got done quickly.

Roger, Depending on when our two short sale listings get approved by the banks, we could have four closings next month. A super busy January.

Ginny, As long as we have no major issues during inspections (and we're not expecting any), it should be a smooth path to closing. Cash buyer so no loan delays :)
