My reccommendation is to have them get rid of the cludder...there is to mouch in their home and it makes it look smaller then it is...and that red is way out there...it would be nicer if it were painted with a brighter color, some kind of a yellow or something.

 Just thought I would let you know my opinion.

Hi Maureen, thanks we do have a sale pending on it.  Love the little group of yours, you always have such clever things, where do you find them all?  I'm way behind in getting my new listings on, I took over a group, Texas Real Estate and it has been taking up a lot of time, and I am supposed to be on vacation :).  I turned 60 on Feb. 9th :), and went to Mexico for a week, now I'm at my lake house for a week.  All I've done is work on the computer.  Not tomorrow, going to get outside and play.  Come by the group and post anything Texan :).  Liz

Congrats on the sale pending. that is fantastic- just try to enjoy your vacation. I myslef have done the same thing. This past summer we went away to NY and I lended up working almost the whole time we were away. I had 5 pending closings within the week I was gone and of course when you are away- everything is a die hard emergency!!

Hi Maureen, well I did it again, up bloging till 3:00 AM...you would like I had more points :).  My computer here is running soooooo slow, it's driving me crazy.  I'll take it back to Katy with me on Tuesday for checkup.  I've always been a huge believer if you want a lot of buyers, sellers, closings, etc. plan a trip, never fails.  Chow Liz
