It's about 45 minutes away. Kihei is south shore ( sunny leeward area), Jaws is north shore (windward and big waves!)

How's the new group doing?

Beautiful property, it appears everything is alive and well in your market.

Wow, The condos and villas sound absolutely fabulous! I can't imagine living on a golf course, I would think people would just love that.

Randy - yes, things are moving along here still, plenty of options for buyers.

Carole - having a golf course view is so nice, you know nobody will build and spoil your view... and somebody else maintains it!
