What a nice surprise!  This upgraded model was a stunner.  I could live here at Hokulani Golf Villas, and watch the golfers chasing balls down the fairway.  The views are incredible.  The home is very upscale, like being in Wailea.  This community is conveniently close to the Piikea Shopping Center with restaurants like Outback Steak House and Roy's Kihei.  Even closer is the 415 acre Maui Research and Technology Park.  I think these fine golf course residences will be suitable for second homes for retried baby boomers, as well as working professionals.
