I'm starting to see more positive stories, at least in the local newspaper... Saturday's headline in the Real Estate section was "Triangle Builders see Strong Start to 2008". The facts are - 2007 still had the 3rd highest number of deed transfers on record, and the 4th highest number of closings on record in Wake County.
