Eileen and her husband were excited and also nervous. They were planning to sell their home in Vancouver Washington and move closer to their daughter. They were excited because they wanted to be in California by Christmas. They were nervous because homes like theirs were sitting on the market for a long time and they wanted to get top dollar.
A short itme later they were smiling as we delivered an offer that was more than they had planned on. They were really happy as they loaded up the car for their "road trip" to San Francisco last week!
