The homes you will find for sale in Desert Trace/Sienna are going to range between 2400 square feet up to more than 3100 square feet for the largest floor plan. These homes were built by Ryland Homes between 2005 and 2008. The smallest floor plan (which is not small in any way) has 3 bedrooms while the larger plans have up to 5 bedrooms. The lot sizes are decent, starting around 7800 square feet. Some of the homes feature a 3 car garage.
