where the homes are thrilling

I'm dreaming of some great closings
with every contract I write,
may the buyers and sellers unite
and may all their Christmases be white!
I'm dreaming of some great learning
with every c.e. class I take,
where I'll learn such great things
to help my closings
and hear that everyone is glad.
I'm dreaming of some time off
with every contract I write,
