For those of you who read Blog of Geese on a regular basis, you know me as the author of My Blue Goose, Exploiting The Wow Factor in Real Estate Marketing. What many of you don’t know is that I work for a company called Xpressdocs, based out of Fort Worth, Texas.

Xpressdocs is the leading on demand provider of postcards, flyers, brochures and business cards giving more than 400,000 real estate professionals high quality materials, on an easy to use platform with 24-hour turnaround time.

I am pleased to announce that along with a promotion that will require me to move my family to Texas, Blog of Geese will be receiving an upgraded syndication with the support of a real estate powerhouse as Xpressdocs adds a serious industry blog to its extensive list of benefits.

Blog of Geese will continue to provide relevant industry-related postings with a few changes for the better. One of which will include featured real estate contributors. If you are interested in gaining exposure for your own blog by contributing posts, please email me (mg@mybluegoose.com) and I will add your list to a growing number of names to get in touch with over the next few months.

Additionally, I wanted to thank you all for the inquiries of my new book, Stand Out, Stick and Stay which I hope will be available in the Winter of 2009. This book dives into the three pillars of what it takes to be the best in the real estate business with ideas and practices that are going to start a serious conversation within the industry. I’m very excited about this book. Although self-publishing my first book brought many rewards, the time spent producing the book was consuming and in a few months I will be actively seeking publishing companies for this new endeavor.

It is going to be an exciting 2008 and an even better 2009. Thank you all.

Matt,

Congratulations again.  When you have a second there might be an opportunity for you to do a webinar for our real estate students about marketing your real estate investments.  Give me a buzz when things calm down and good luck in the new role.
