2012 Home Sales Report for Timbercreek Subdivision

The sales stats for Timbercreek for 2012 are not as positive as its Fairhope counterpart, Rock Creek, yet the popular golf course community does have a few bright spots to point out.  As you can see from the stat charts below, the were 6 more sales in 2011 vs. 2012 and the average sales price was also higher in 2011.  However, this year a few key numbers began to improve, such as the average sold price per square foot in 2012 experienced a 3% increase to $116.81 from the prior year and the average days on market with fell slightly.  Homes were also selling closer to list price in 2012, approximately 95.51%.  If you are interested in touring the available homes for sale in Timbercreek subdivision, please contact Diana Will direct on her cell at 251.508.1336.
