Well I am still fuming over the radio station "producer"? that was on this site yesterday. He in my opinion was very obnoxious, arrogant and condensating in his posts. He came on here asking agents to justify our 6% commission. Many people posted to his blog and unfortunately I was one of them. This guy berated everyone who posted that did not agree with him. First of all I personally do not believe this was the idea Active Rain had in mind when they created this site. I believe it was meant to be used for positive purposes and not for some condensating bully to aggrevate the users. How he is allowed to continue his abuse of agents in this forum without administrators getting involved is beyond me. I believe as real estate agents we work damn hard for the 6% commission that is usually only 3% if the commission has not been discounted. he started out by using the lawsuit against the agent to get started and then went to attacking real estate agent commissions. He made a point of letting everyone know he buys 200 houses a year. (to me that just showed me just how full of himself he is). I just want input from other agents and the public as to your thoughts on this topic.
