Home buyers who use buyer's brokers, also called buyer representatives or buyer's agents, benefit greatly from the valuable experience that their real estate agents have. From assistance in finding the right lender for a specific situation to assistance finding homes that may not be listed for sale on the MLS to negotiating effectively, buyer's brokers work hard to serve their buyer clients and earn their commission.

I feel passionate about the importance of buyer's brokerage. I serve my clients as an Albuquerque Buyer's Broker in about two-thirds of the transactions that I do. This serves my seller clients well too because when I'm working as a buyer's broker I'm out there seeing the inventory, talking to the people who really control the real estate market, the people who are going to buy!
I especially love working with first time homebuyers, because as you can tell in this video, I like to talk, and I love educating people about the homebuying process.
