Schaumburg IL Real Estate - Are prices increasing?
Schaumburg homes are selling at a better pace and at better prices. Based on the
monthly numbers that I will show you, our housing prices in IL are flat in spite of the media reports to the contrary. November definitely has had a 7.7% price increase over November of 2011. Simply put, it could just mean that more higher priced homes have sold this month pulling up the average of all housing prices.
