Once again, you likely will be able to obtain these pieces of Tampa residential real estate at a cost far below what you would find on comparable property on the open market. However, you do need to bear in mind that property in foreclosure will cost you a bit more than what you would expend in the pre-foreclosure process because the mortgage lender (bank) will have spent additional money on legal fees and other costs in order to pursue the foreclosure in the first instance.
