 The number of Closed Sales in COBURG/HARRISBURG during SEPTEMBER was only average

 but the inventory continued to slide down against the historic trend.

  Meanwhile Average Price was way up, erratically so - based on the usual small number of sales.

  But we will take erratic up over erratic down any time - because it hints that the upper-end is seeing some activity.
