Well, it happened! About an hour ago the snow started coming down. Light at first, then slightly thicker, big flakes. It's 32 degrees out now at 3:00 p.m. Monday, December 24, 2012.

Lenn, having lived in Germany, Austria,Hungry & the East Coast for most of my life I always found that " a white Christmas" puts you in a very festive mood....until the next day are same day when you have to keep shoveling the snow:) Have a Merry Christmas!

I was having a little trouble getting n the Christmas spirit today...but the snow did it! How beautiful!
Oh, GORGEOUS! And, lucky you, Lenn! We have had rain all day long and have been wishing aloud at every turn that the temperature will drop and the rain turn to snow. Unfortunately at 44˚, I don't think it's going to happen! Merry Christmas!
Dick. I might expect snow in Colorado. Here it's not routine.

Richard. It was 32 here when the snow came. In fact, that was the low overnight. The snow wasn't too bad. The roads are O.K. I lost TV about 6:00 p.m. until I had the sense to brush the snow off the TV dish.

Lenn, we also had just enough snow last night to make it a white Christmas this morning. It did not stick to the street or driveway, but it did stick to the trees, grass, and my deck in the back of the house.
I hope that your Christmas was a very special one, and I know that you were a good girl all year long, so Santa must have brought you everything you wanted :) :) :)
