Sounds like the Charlotte real estate market is very much like that here in Richmond VA - lack of inventory. I am practically begging sellers to list NOW instead of waiting until Spring.

Same here, Shannon! I think Richmond, Nashville, Austin and Charlotte have very similar markets. I'd dying for more listings right now--the supply is just incredibly low!
