With the Fed keeping rates low I can not help but think that they are orchestrating a false recovery in the economy and in real estate...The economy and real estat boomed from 1982 through 1987 with double digit intererest rates.
Agreed Edward, that much of the payback will occur when rates are allowed to normalize.
Hopefully the market will and is changing for the better Joe, we shall see.
