Today I just seen a clip on Yahoo that spoke about the foreclosure capital of the America. The article said that Stockton Cal. was the capital. It mentioned that at one time a couple of years ago Stockton Cal. was one of the hot-spots in America for real estate. Home values were booming and then the bottom fell off in 2006.

They were interviewing a real estate agent in the area that said 2 out of every 3 homes that were listed were foreclosures or distressed sales. That is incredible! I can not imagine that in Cabot. Right now there are foreclosures in Cabot, but no where near that many.
