Choose wisely when you are buying a home. For most people’s it the largest investment that they will have it. It’s not like you can go back down to the local store and return it because you found something wrong with the product and you want either store credit or cash back. Once you know the house, you are tied to the property with your mortgage,which you have a responsblity to pay. If you decide you don’t want to own the property anymore, you have to pay off the mortgage.
You have to feel comfortable that the neighborhood will continue to be a desirable place for you to live in, and that you can afford to maintain the property. You can not change,within reason, the layout or size of the home. If anything goes wrong with the house, it is your job to fix it.
I always tell clients its our decision on where you want to live. I advise as much as I can,such as home apperciation in the neighorhood and property values. It’s your decision whether you want to go forward or not. I help as much as I can, but at the end of the day, you will be on our own after you close.
