They are incredibly dependable, reliable, and they’ve never let you down when it comes to crunch time. The fourth award goes to The Mr./ Miss. Congeniality of escrow officers. This officer makes customer service reps look like bullies. This escrow officer is so incredibly patient, courteous, and kind. They have a way to make everyone feel at ease when transactions get tricky. Rather than shaking your hand, this officer is going to go in for a hug.
The last award, but certainly not not forgotten is “ The Transformer Award.” This officer has an uncanny ability to transform from an escrow officer by day, and the ultimate networker at night. They go from the desk knocking transactions after transaction then in the blink of an eye they’re mixing and mingling to grow their business. They seem to know everyone and be everywhere, while still knocking out a substantial amount of your deals in a timely manner.
