Avon, Indiana - INDIANAPOLIS – With 1,708 pended sales in November in Central Indiana, overall year-to-date home sales are up 16.9 percent compared to this time period last year, according to statistics compiled by F.C. Tucker Company.
The increase marks the 19th consecutive monthly increase over the previous year’s existing home sales.
In November, Hendricks County saw the largest increase in pended home sales which spiked 64.2 percent, raising the number of pended home sales to 174 from 106 in November 2011.
“As the year comes to a close, we are encouraged by the direction of the housing market. “If the economy continues to improve, and the fiscal cliff situation is resolved, we expect continued positive momentum in the housing market in the coming months.”
