Organic Marketing?

What is Organic Marketing? 

Organic Marketing is a term used to describe a grass roots, raving fans type referral base of leads.  In essence, organic marketing is when you have provided great service, friendship, favor or otherwise to another to the extent that they feel compelled, connected to, or motivated to tell other about who you are and what you have or do.
 
Organic marketing, some may call it relationship marketing is statstically consistent in various reports to be responsible for over 50% of buyers and agent will receive and over 60% of listings.  As agents, it is critical for us to understand that our sales business is really a service and in that service, we must serve others well to the point that they champion our cause and tell other our story and their great experience.
 
Questions to consider:

• How do you development and cultivate relationships in your business?'
• How well do you follow up with others?
• Where does most of your business come from?  Is there an opportunity organically for more?
