This weeks market update for San Clemente and surrounding areas from a San Clemente Realtor shows that Orange County Median Prices for the resale homes were up 17.4 percent, for new homes it is up 12.1 percent and for resale condos up 18.8 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 29.3 percent and up 21.8 percent on condos and up 66.1 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 10.1 percent and the sales volume is up 19.6 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 3.1 percent and the sales volume is up 11.3 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 20.0 percent and the sales volume is up 19.8 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 36.9 percent and the sales volume is up 24.8 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 17.2 percent and the sales volume is up 16.9 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 37.7 percent and the sales volume is up 93.3 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 23.3 percent and the sales volume is up 14.9 percent.
None of the cities have gone down in sales price or in the volume of sales. San Clemente is still showing the highest jumps in sales volume. We are seeing a wounderful return of the real estate market.
