Fake bad reviews on Zillow, how do you deal with them?

I noticed on one of my emails I sent to someone yesterday, that I had one review, and it was really bad. I have been sick about it ever since, because I was never in a situation similar to the one described by the reviewer. Has anyone on here had to deal with this issue? I keep archives of all my electronic communications, and can't find any that are remotely similar to what the reviewer accuses me of.

 

I flagged the review, but haven't heard anything back. When I check my profile, the review is still there. There is no legitimate contact info, or property address for me to check against my archives, and I can't find any information about this sort of problem on here. can someone please give me some helpful advice on how to respond to this sort of attack? I go out of my way to make sure none of the things this reviewer describes ever happen, so I'm certain it is fabricated.
